"Happy House" Cheerful 4-B Townhome Championsgate

FL Trip Positive: The location was perfect, only a short drive to the Disney & Universal parks. Not far from restaurants, supermarkets etc. The house was clean & easy to get find. Negative: We felt a little let down by the lack of cutlery etc. There was exactly 6 spoons, forks, and mugs, so if you needed one and the dishwasher hadn’t been on you ended up hand washing a lot of it. Plastic bowls were chipping away, often found in cereal, mugs had cracks on them. When we asked about the gym, we got told to contact someone else as they didn’t deal with any of it.

Fun filled 3 weeks in Florida. Great location to stay, everything we needed. Positive: Great location, plenty of things to do at Championsgate. House was perfect size, very clean and exactly how described. Negative: Nothing, property was perfect for our needs.

Positive: I like the location of the property. Negative: As I walked in, I noticed that the house had a pet smell. Primarily around the pantry area in the kitchen and through the stairway. I thought that just a little touch of tlc could have spruced it up. I understand that it's a rental unit, and ppl come and go all the time. But at least take the time to switch the shower curtain liners( very mildewed). The wall picture in the living area also appears to be mildewed as well. The living room carpet should be cleaned or taken up. Also, white furniture should be cleaned on a continuous basis.

Positive: The house is big, confortable and has every thing you need. Much better than a hotel room. The pool was great and used every day by the kids. Negative: Nothing
